When the robot often brings conflict in Western countries, because of the possibility they could replace humans in the future or will result in a false emotion, in general Japanese people actually showed high enthusiasm for all types of robots. Some manga and anime like astroboy may have the most important contribution in shaping a positive perspective of the Japanese people toward robots.
Embryo of robots in Japan has existed since the Edo period [1603-1867] which is a mechanical doll known as the Karakuri Ningyo. Robot started really developed in Japan since 1973, by Professor Ichiro Kato of Waseda University.
Asimo
Asimo is a humanoid robot created by Honda Motor Company. 130 cm tall, weighing 54 kg. Resembles a small astronaut carrying backpack and can walk on two legs with kecepetan 6km/jam. Officially, the name of Asimo is an acronym of advanced Step in Innovative Mobility. With regard to the above, we invite interested universities to submit proposals KRI, KRCI and KRSI with the following conditions:
1. Participants college teams and private land may submit a proposal to DP2M with the approval of the Deputy / Assistant Rector / Chairman / Director of Student Affairs each college with the provisions of each college is allowed to send only 1 (one) proposal proposal KRI, KRSI and KRCI for each division. Today many selogan issued by many of the topic as if drugged us: "Stop Dreaming Start Action". I say that the slogan is completely not true.

ATTITUDE

TOKYO - A type of bee-shaped robots have the ability to track and smell the presence of illegal drugs are hidden. In addition, the robot can also find and identify victims in collapsed buildings.

"Insects have approximately 100,000 the number of nerve cells in the brain that is only two millimeters in width. The number is much less than humans, but size does not determine everything," Kanzaki said.
